Returns Policy

If you would like to return any part of your order purchased from our scentsicles.com, please email our Customer Service at service@scentsicles.com 

1. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
2. Returned merchandise must be unused (resellable condition) and in original packaging.
3. We reserve the right to not accept damaged/used returns.
4. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
5. 25% restocking fee may apply.
