Returns Policy
If you would like to return any part of your order purchased from our website, please email our Customer Service Department at service@scentsicles.com within 30 days of delivery so the exchange, refund or credit transaction can be arranged.
- Returned merchandise must be unused (resellable condition) and in original packaging
- We reserve the right to not accept damaged/used returns
- 25% restocking fee may apply
